Re: It is what it is…

I must admit, when I gave my first run through of this album I wasn’t that impressed but I went back and tried again… you know, being “open minded”. I have officially come to the conclusion that this album is to the highest power of DOPE-oscity (yeah, just made that word up). I think I’m a little jealous that I didn’t bring this to light first (I like to be the one who puts everyone on to dope shit, so that I can later bring it up in a very heated musical debate)! Anyhow, this album has def topped my list in my iTunes – and very few albums have made that list.

You have to think outside the box to fully appreciate this album and her music because it’s not going to be something that jumps out and grabs you. I love it. I didn’t really want to share the album with the world but I did share it with one person[1] (who posted the link), so if you want it you’ll have to give his site some hits… (oh yeah, congrats on pushing 9,000)

So, thanks for the dope tip about Santogold – I think I love her a little less than I love you (but I love you more for putting me on to her). No matter how that made sense to you, it made sense in my head. **kicking knowledge**

Over and out.

[1] “Even though s**t has a tendency to get kind of funky between us…” Thank you. I appreciate you more than you know and I’m always willing to help KTH continue to not suck (like it did when you first started it, lmao).
